Debutants: The 2026 Show Theme

This year’s theme is Debutants — and we think it’s a brilliant idea.

The challenge set by the organisers is simple: every club is encouraged to include at least one vehicle that has never appeared at the NEC Classic Motor Show before.

Fresh faces.

New stories.

Cars that visitors haven’t seen before.

For us, that’s particularly exciting.

The ADO16 story stretches across countless models, marques and countries. From cherished family cars and remarkable survivors to unusual specifications and fascinating restorations, there are still plenty of hidden gems waiting to be discovered.

The Debutants theme celebrates exactly what makes the classic car hobby so rewarding: finding something unexpected and sharing it with others.
