UK National Rally

Our plans for the UK National Rally have been firmed up!

In case you’ve missed the announcement on Facebook and our email, here’s the detail.

The 2019 ado16.info UK National Rally will be at the Transport Museum, Wythall; with the main gathering of ADO16 and other classic cars occurring on Sunday 8th September.

The Transport Museum, Wythall is situated in north Worcestershire. Which is just to the south of Birmingham near to Junction 3 of the M42. Representing vehicles from the Midlands, the museum is home to over 90 buses. It’s also home to the largest collection of battery vehicles, including over 30 electric milk floats and bread vans!

The ado16.info club organisers will be gathering on Saturday 7th and all motoring enthusiasts are very welcome to join us. We are planning a drive out to a typical Worcestershire pub for lunch. The local area offers many cheap B&B establishments and even a Caravan Club site next door to the museum, so in the evening we will all be going out together for dinner. Do come and join us to make a social weekend of it – 7th – 8th September, 2019.

Don’t own an ADO16? No problem, all classics are welcome!

You an keep up to date with this event, and others via our events page.

Michael's interest in cars started from an early age, when he would spend time in his Dad's garage observing many a job being undertaken. Naturally as Michael grew up, cars were firmly a part of his DNA, and as such the interest has gone from strength to strength. Having always had a keen interest in all things British, it probably wouldn't surprise you to know that his portfolio of cars have always been British made.
